Melinda's garden was a lovely setting to discuss the most recent book. Thanks to Lisa for decicious cookies (recipes, please) and canteloupe. Next time we'll be at Cindy's on one of the two above dates - September schedules are back-to-school busy... Kathy will provide munchies.
I put together another poll. It gives you the ability to vote as many times as you want to. I added a few titles from Book Sense's "Top Ten from the Past Five Years" based on titles alone. Please suggest books you would like to read and we can add them to the poll. Remember, you all can post comments.

My friend gave me the "The List for America's Reader's" with this year's list of notable books and also her book group's list of books with the ones she liked marked. As we read some of the same books, you can see if her taste matches ours and review her list with that in mind.
